All vehicles from the Chinese domestic market are Left – Hand Drive (LHD). Therefore, all vehicles we currently offer are LHD. Please confirm that LHD vehicles are compliant with your country’s road and traffic regulations before purchasing.
Our process is designed to be simple and secure:
- Browse & Inquire: Select vehicles from our online inventory and send us an inquiry by email (info@chinavehiclehub.com) or WhatsApp. As most shipment of vehicles is by sea, we suggest you provide your port for import when sending inquiry.
- Get Quotation: Our sales manager will contact you with a detailed quotation (FOB or CIF). Once you confirm the price, we will send you Proforma Invoice (PI) for payment ( sometimes deposit).
- Pay PI Amount or Deposit: Confirm the order by paying full PI amount or deposit to reserve the vehicle.
- Vehicle Prep & Shipping: Upon receiving the deposit, we handle all export procedures and book the shipment.
- Pay Balance & Receive Documents: After the vessel departs, we send you a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).You then pay the remaining balance. Once the final payment is received, we courier all original customs clearance documents to you via DHL or a similar service. For initial orders, we only accept full payment before shipment.

4. Export License Permit (3 business days): We apply for and obtain the necessary government export license.
5. Customs Clearance & Port Logistics (7-10 business days): We handle all export customs declarations and arrange for vessel or land booking.
6. International Transit (10-30 days): Your vehicle is shipped to its destination port.
7. Final Clearance & Handover (7-15 days): The vehicle is cleared at the destination port and ready for handover.
Total Estimated Timeline: 45-60 days. Our platform-managed process is over 30% faster than the traditional model, with our team providing updates every step of the way.
- EXW (Ex Works): This represents the pure vehicle cost at our warehouse. It is the most accurate representation of the vehicle’s base price.
- FOB (Free On Board): This is the cost of the vehicle delivered to the port in Qingdao. Please note that the actual FOB price varies based on the shipping method and vehicle type:
- Shipping Method Differences: The port fees and handling charges differ significantly between RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) and Container shipping. RoRo is generally faster and cheaper for single units, while container shipping offers better protection.
- Vehicle Type Differences: New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) incur additional declaration and inspection fees due to battery regulations, which are not applicable to standard fuel vehicles.
Many destinations in Africa primarily rely on Container shipping. Since a 40ft High Cube container can only fit 3-4 vehicles, the container handling fees and the pro-rata share of ocean freight per unit are higher compared to RoRo.
- Consider Full Container Load (FCL): To optimize your cost-per-unit, we strongly recommend consolidating a full container load if your order volume allows.
- Provide Your Destination Port: To receive an accurate quotation, please always inform us of your destination port. This allows our logistics team to calculate the precise combined cost of local port fees and international freight for your specific region.

We offer two primary international shipping methods:
- Roll – on/Roll – off (Ro – Ro): The vehicle is driven directly onto the vessel. This is the most common andcost – effective method for shipping single vehicles.
- Container Shipping: One or more vehicles are securely loaded into a 20ft or 40ft container, offeringenhanced protection during transit.
The total time includes domestic processing and ocean transit. Typically, preparing the vehicle and handling export documentation in China takes 2 – 4 weeks. The ocean transit time can vary from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your geographical location. Our sales manager will provide you with a more accurate Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
